Format Tag for Command-line Text

Use it like this:

{{clitxt|#aa0000}}some red text

Passing #aa0000 sets the text color to red.

If no color code is specified, it sets the text color back to bright white:

{{clitxt}}some normal white text

Use the {{clitxts}} tag (CLI Text Stop) to end the text and return to normal wiki text.
