Using this Template
Use the following code on an empty page, then save the page, to use this template:
{{ subst:Pgtempl | initials=md| name={{subst:REVISIONUSER}} | project=oe 5 | title=New Page | desc=Description for SEO }}
This will cause the above tag to be replaced with the contents of this template. You may then change any part of it, but any changes to the template itself will not propagate to the page you created with this template.
In the future, this part will be true (not done yet): This template does include other templates, though, and the templates it pulls in can be changed with their changes propagated to any page that was created using this template.
